At Googan Squad, we stand by our gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email for you to download and print at your convenience.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, affix the return label to the outside of the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
